Is worrying really such bad thing or a good way to manifest a solution?
We’ve all heard the saying that the things we worry about never come to pass.. So why worry. But I’ve concluded there is some benefit in certain types of worrying.
I’ve had that experience myself. In fact I had it again today that’s why I’m thinking about it and I have decided that sometimes what we call worrying is good for us.
It brings about a manifestation of what we desire. The kind of worrying I am alluding to is where we start planning in our mind what we will say or do if such and such happens. Like today. I was arguing my case why I should be granted something that was important to me. After the mental discussions or arguments with the universe and the person who was the supplier. I just handed it over to him, walked away and let him get on with his job, came back and collected the paperwork without a hitch. My mental arguments was for him to overlook any minor problems if there are any.
I reflected on this and realise I do this just about every time I’ve ‘worried” about something. Often it is in dealing with customer service returning a faulty product or a product with missing parts. Even with government departments. Having been hit with unfair paperwork or misunderstood paperwork I go into the worry mode and start arguing my case. Mental rehearsal of how I think I need to respond to get a positive out come and yet when I walk in show them the file and state the problem they already have the solution. Problem is solved without a hitch.
So worrying and mental rehearsal is a good thing. Why? You’re communicating with someone when you do this mental rehearsal. Do it without blaming others but just stating your case why you need the solution you do. The universe becomes your messenger. It winds up manifesting the outcome you are looking for with a lot of ease.
I know when I’ve put matters that concerned me out of my mind and “not worried about them” because most things you worry about don’t come to pass. I do wind up dealing with a problem.
So if I have some future event that concerns me because it might be detrimental to my well being. I’ll worry about it. I’ll rehearse pleading my case. It’s a lot easier having a mental plan of action than being knocked down by surprise that what I didn’t worry about just came to pass.
